Court records link an alleged sex trafficking operation to millions of dollars worth of Medicaid billing and felony theft charges.
In a Ramsey County criminal complaint, prosecutors described the alleged operations together as a “commercial sex and Medicaid-funded enterprise.” Two properties in Minneapolis were cited as a key example, allegedly operating as a commercial sex house and an assisted living facility.
