Pennsylvania man arrested for allegedly plotting terrorist attack inspired by ISIS, buying guns and ammo for his 'mission'

WASHINGTON — A Pennsylvania man has been charged by the U.S. Department of Justice after FBI agents allegedly intercepted him while he was acquiring guns and ammunition in preparation for what authorities described as a potential mass shooting inspired by ISIS.

According to the charging documents released by the DOJ, 21-year-old Jonathan Hunter Kramer, of Valencia, Pennsylvania, was charged with receiving a firearm and ammunition knowing or having reasonable cause to believe they would be used to commit a felony or federal crime of terrorism, including providing, attempting to provide or conspiring to provide material support or resources to a designated foreign terrorist organization.
