Oracle privacy settlement payments begin soon. Here's when you'll get paid and how much

SAN FRANCISCO — Payments from Oracle's $115 million data privacy settlement are set to begin landing in claimants' hands in September, more than two years after the tech giant agreed to resolve allegations that it tracked and sold consumers' online and offline activity without consent.

The administrator says payments will begin Sept. 21, 2026, and should be completed by Dec. 7, 2026. 

Each approved claim is currently estimated to receive about $36.45, though the final amount depends on the total number of approved claims. All claimants will receive the same payout.
