Residents of the Farmington and Empire areas of Dakota County are invited to participate in a Minnesota 3 safety study.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation is holding an open house meeting on the topic 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19, at Farmington City Hall.
Participants will be able to comment on potential safety improvements and changes to access and future access locations between 160th Street and Second Street, according to a MnDOT release.
