MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota voters set a new early voting record ahead of Tuesday’s midterm primary election, with more than 206,000 ballots counted by Monday morning, according to the Secretary of State’s Office.
"That is the highest number of early votes for a primary election in a non-presidential election year in Minnesota," Secretary of State Steve Simon said.
