MINNEAPOLIS — Minneapolis police are investigating after a large crash occurred early Tuesday morning near the University of Minnesota.
Traffic cameras captured the crash around 4:15 a.m. at Interstate 35W southbound and Fourth Street. KARE 11 traffic reporter CeCe Gaines said it appeared as if multiple cars and a semi were involved.
Police closed the intersection for investigation and clean up on Tuesday morning. As of 5:45 a.m., the area was still closed to drivers.
