WASHINGTON — Miley Cyrus is sharing new details about the final conversation she had with her godmother Dolly Parton, who died on Aug. 25 after a brief battle with cancer.

In a new interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music, published Thursday, the Grammy-winning singer said Parton was always the first person Cyrus sent vinyl records to when they were printed. Cyrus, 33, released her 10th studio album "Bass Persuades" on Friday.
