'May have over reacted': Man charged with reckless homicide after I-94 crash

ROBERTS, Wis. — A Wisconsin man is facing potentially decades in prison for a fatal crash in western Wisconsin this week.

Scott Jason Krelberg, 43, of Baldwin has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide. Wisconsin State Patrol identified the man who died as Jeremy David Anderson, 48, of Baldwin. 

According to the criminal complaint, Krelberg and Anderson were both driving west on I-94 Wednesday morning around 7 a.m. when the crash happened.
