A man who fatally assaulted a man outside St. Paul’s largest homeless shelter was involved in past violent incidents on campus, charging documents allege.

Jerry Jovan Harris, 37, is charged with counts of second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter in connection with the death of 61-year-old Isaiah Wilson earlier this month.
