Lindsay Clancy's return to court Tuesday could determine what happens next in the case

Lindsay Clancy is expected to return to court Tuesday, Sept. 29 for the first time since her triple-murder case ended in a mistrial in early September. The scheduled status hearing could determine what happens next with her case.
