A lawsuit against Minneapolis Public Schools over a teacher layoff policy has been dismissed by a federal judge, according to court documents.

The lawsuit, filed in December of 2025, claimed that the district discriminated against white teachers through a contract provision meant to protect teachers of color during layoffs.
