Officials with the humane society say surveillance video shows a visitor putting the kitten in their bag before leaving the shelter.
ST. CLOUD, Minn. — The Tri-County Humane Society is asking for its kitten Marin back.
In a social media post Wednesday, the St. Cloud nonprofit said video footage shows someone opening Marin's kennel, putting him in their bag, and then leaving the facility.
Marin is a 2-month-old kitten with medical needs that require special attention and care. According to the Tri-County Humane Society, he suffered from perforating ulcerations on both eyes. He is on a treatment plan and has been improving, but still needs his eye-drop serums.
