Ken Barlow has issued a ‘sunglasses alert’ for today and the weekend

Good Friday morning!

A frosty start to end the workweek this morning with sunshine returning along with dry roads!

Our low of 30 degrees so far this morning, November 6th, marks the Twin Cities’ third-latest first freezing or colder temp of fall since the 1870s.

November 18, 2016, holds the record for the latest-first thirty-two-degree temperature of the fall.

Saturday morning the expected minimum temperatures will once again be at or below freezing for most of the state.

Bright sunshine will return on Saturday and Sunday with afternoon temperatures rising into the 50’s…roughly 5-10 degrees above the normal.

Enjoy the drier weather and have a great weekend!
