A judge found that there is probable cause to believe Republican gubernatorial candidate Mike Lindell may have violated campaign law by handing out pillows at parades.

After Administrative Law Judge Nicholas Lienesch’s finding on Thursday, the case will be assigned to a panel of three administrative law judges and proceed to an evidentiary hearing. The details, date and time of that hearing have not yet been scheduled.

In response to the ruling, Mike Lindell said, “The media and the MNGOP should quit attacking and focus on my budget that was released today that will make Minnesota the 10th state to not have state income tax ..!”
