INTERVIEW: K-pop Minnecon returns to St. Paul for 2-day event

K-pop Minnecon is returning to St. Paul for a second year with a two-day event focused on music, fashion and community.

The event will be at the St. Paul River Center on Aug. 29-30. Organizers said it is expanding after its first year drew more than 2,000 fans.

Organizers said fans can expect vendors selling K-pop goods, a dance workshop and a dance competition featuring Midwest dance crews. Also, South Korean girl group, Ichillin’ will be headlining Sunday Aug. 30.
