A celebration of Japanese culture returns to Como Park in St. Paul next weekend.
The Como Park Japanese Obon Festival takes place on Aug. 16, featuring music, martial arts, singing, dancing, drumming, delicious food, vendors, games and other aspects of Japanese culture.
