ICE agent charged with shooting, wounding man during Operation Metro Surge is arrested in Minneapolis

A federal agent is pictured running toward a man outside a home in north Minneapolis on Jan. 14, shortly before an agent shot and wounded another man, Julio Sosa-Celis. The video contradicted the agent's claim that the men assaulted him with a broom and shovel.
