Increasing Clouds Tonight with Spotty T-Storms possible between 1 a.m. and 11 a.m. Thursday with greater chance for T-Storms south of the Minnesota River. Low temperatures overnight near 70 degrees and some Patchy Fog is possible too with East Winds at 5 to 10 mph but higher gusts near T-Storms.
