Cloud and Sun Mix Friday morning with some Isolated T-Storms possible then Partly Cloudy and Breezy in the afternoon with Spotty T-Storms possible between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. with greater Risk for T-Storms southeast and east of the Twin Cities Friday afternoon. Highs on Friday will be in the low 80s with Southwest Winds at 10 to 15 mph before 3 p.m. then Northwest Winds at 10 to 15 mph after 3 p.m. and less than 10 mph from the West in the late evening with Dry Conditions and lows by Saturday morning in the mid 60s.
