Flights departing Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) are currently on a ground stop due to an FAA air traffic center equipment outage, a spokesperson for the airport told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS.

The problem is also causing some issues with arrivals, with only limited flights able to land.

The equipment outage is listed on the FAA’s website, which says it could be ongoing until 4:15 p.m., but has a 30-60% probability of being extended.

People are being told to contact their airline to check for the latest on their flights.
