A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by people claiming their rights were violated while protesting and observing ICE activity during Operation Metro Surge.
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed the class-action lawsuit on behalf of Minnesota citizens who said ICE agents violated their “First Amendment rights to watch, document, and criticize ICE.”
