The staple Farmfest gubernatorial debate was held Wednesday afternoon, offering the last public forum of gubernatorial candidates before the primary election on Tuesday.
This year’s gubernatorial debate featured DFL frontrunner Amy Klobuchar and three GOP candidates, Mike Lindell, Lisa Demuth and Kendall Qualls.
Topics discussed during the debate included fraud, property taxes, immigration enforcement and other key issues central to Minnesota.
The primary election, which will allow voters to put forth a party’s candidate for consideration, is set to take place on Tuesday.
