WASHINGTON — The newest episode of children's TV show "Donkey Hodie" is bringing back a beloved character.
Jay Thomas Manuel, who stars in the TLC reality series "Jay & Pamela" alongside his wife, Pamela Chavez-Manuel, voices Jeff Mouse, a fearless explorer and nature lover. Both Manuel and the character he voices use a power wheelchair.
