The bargaining team for Doctors Council-SEIU and Allina Health reached a tentative agreement late Tuesday night on a first union contract covering 150 physicians at Allina Unity Hospital and Allina Mercy Hospital, according to a news release.
The tentative agreement comes just days after the physicians concluded a four-day unfair labor practice strike. If ratified by union members, the contract would remain in effect for three years.
