With no winner, the jackpot rises above $400 million.
WASHINGTON — Check your tickets! No one won the $389 million Powerball jackpot on Monday night, but there are three $1 million winners and one $2 million winner.

Powerball winning numbers for Sept. 28, 2026
The winning numbers for Monday's drawing were: 17-21-29-42-49, Powerball 7 and a Power Play multiplier of 3X.
There was no jackpot winner for Monday's drawing. Three tickets matched five numbers for a $1 million prize: one each in Illinois, North Carolina and New York. And one ticket in Puerto Rico matched all five numbers with the power play for $2 million.
The next drawing on Wednesday will be for a jackpot of $409 million.
