SHAKOPEE, Minn. (FOX 9) - Drivers are facing delays on Highway 169 in Shakopee after a serious crash closed the southbound lanes early Monday.
What we know:
Law enforcement are responding to a crash on southbound Highway 169 near Fuller Street. Shakopee police said they expect the roadway to remain closed through the morning and asked drivers to be patient while crews work at the scene.
MnDOT said southbound Highway 169 is closed to all traffic except emergency vehicles between County Road 17 (Marschall Road) and County Road 15 (Marystown Road). The crash is also affecting northbound traffic, as northbound Highway 169 is reduced to one lane between Old Brick Yard Road and County Road 17, with the left lane closed.
What we don't know:
Authorities have not released further details about the crash, including how many vehicles were involved or if there are any injuries.
