Cooking Around the World: Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Que Viet Restaurant was the second Vietnamese restaurant to open in Minnesota and are the longest running restaurant to date. It was founded by My Le in 1980. Her son Dat Le and his wife Lauren now own and operate it. They also opened Em Que Viet, the “younger, trendy, sassy version” of Que Viet. Em Que Viet now serves brunch! Dat and Lauren stops by with a taste.
