DENVER — Sophomores in Tim Boylan's English class traded their keyboards for pencils this year, and the teacher said the change showed up in their grades.
Boylan, who teaches 10th grade English at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Early College in Denver, Colorado, dropped computer work from his classroom this year. Students in class do the assignments on paper, he said.
"If they show up to class, we're doing paper and paper only," Boylan said.
