As St. Paul finished clearing out a large homeless camp at Pig’s Eye Park, advocates say lasting housing options matter more than moving people from one camp to another.

The City of St. Paul began clearing the encampment at Pig’s Eye Park Wednesday morning. The city said it offered shelter to everyone who would accept it, but it does not appear many did.
