Civil investigation launched after teen’s 20-story fall in Minneapolis

Attorneys representing an 18-year-old who fell at a decommissioned Minneapolis grain elevator announced Thursday they are launching a civil investigation.

Romanucci & Blandin are representing Ash Ranallo-Korbel, who was seriously injured after falling 20 stories from the Checkerboard Grain Elevator earlier this month. The law firm said it will examine what led to the fall and whether the property was properly secured.
