Charges: Man sexually assaulted woman after abducting her outside her work in Roseville

ROSEVILLE, Minn — A 41-year-old Isanti man is charged after prosecutors say he abducted a woman who was leaving her work Wednesday evening and raped her, court documents say.

Pao Yang was charged Monday with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping and aggravated robbery with a dangerous weapon.
