A Brooklyn Center man faces several felony charges after he allegedly wandered into a south Minneapolis home and tried to rape a woman.
Court records show 19-year-old Cordero Orlando Ratcliff Jr. is charged with one count of attempted first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of first-degree burglary.
A criminal complaint alleges that on Friday, Ratcliff entered the living room naked from the waist down while holding a Taser and a screwdriver. The victim told police the man attacked her with the Taser and then tried to sexually assault her, but she fought back.
