LAS VEGAS — A representative for comedian Carrot Top provided an update on his health Monday after the iconic Las Vegas performer was hospitalized over the weekend, saying he is recovering.

Carrot Top, born Scott Christopher Thompson, was reportedly hospitalized Friday night and was being treated for an undisclosed health issue. The 61-year-old was a headliner at the Luxor Hotel and Casino, which is owned by MGM Resorts.
