Bonnaroo to take 2027 off as festival site recovers from back-to-back years of storms

The Bonnaroo music festival has announced it will "be taking a much-needed year off in 2027."

MANCHESTER, Tenn. — After what staff called an "epic" Bonnaroo 2026, officials with the music festival announced Friday they will not be returning next year.

In a statement on Bonnaroo's website, staff said the festival will be "taking a much-needed year off in 2027." 

They said that the decision was not an easy one, and mentioned the effort and money they spent improving the campgrounds ahead of the 2026 festival.
