Behind the scenes of pumpkin carving at the Minnesota Zoo

If you think one carved pumpkin is impressive, just wait until you see what Passion for Pumpkins is pulling off at the Minnesota Zoo this October.
The Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular runs for 38 days, and since a carved pumpkin isn’t exactly aging gracefully by day 10, their team of artists is constantly carving thousands of fresh ones to keep the show going.
