TWIN FALLS, Idaho — As Idaho continues to mourn the victims of Saturday's mass shooting in Twin Falls, family members are remembering Ashley Garibay as a vibrant, compassionate woman who "lit up a room with her bright smile and a laugh that was contagious."
Garibay, an In-N-Out employee from Stockton, California, was among the three people killed when a gunman opened fire at the restaurant. She was 23. At least seven other people were injured in the attack.
