ST PAUL, Minn. — One of the most popular Twin Cities craft breweries is moving to a new home.
Barrel Theory announced that it is moving into the former Lake Monster Brewing taproom in the South St. Anthony Park neighborhood.
Lake Monster Brewing officially closed last weekend. The owners said their brewery had been profitable, but that they "decided the time is right to bring in fresh perspectives and energy to the space."
