“You have to weigh the scales,” Roseville Midway Ford Sales Manager Tom Kulick said. “I don’t care how good you take of your car or what a cream puff it is when it comes in. It’s still a machine, and they break. You want to buy a $20,000 car with a chance that you’re going to maybe have to pump some money into it, but there’s also a chance it could go for thousands and thousands of miles, never have to put anything but gas and oil in it. The ones that have trouble and something breaks, they’re wishing they would have put that twenty towards a new one.”
