Administrators strike down University Senate vote against health benefits plan

FCC chair Timothy Johnson said President Rebecca Cunningham told committee members the benefits plan could not be paused until after its planned implementation. Cunningham sits at a Board of Regents meeting on Sept. 12, 2026.

The Senate voted in favor of the resolution on the healthcare benefit changes on Friday.
