'A Charlie Brown Christmas' becomes best-selling jazz album of all time

WASHINGTON — In 2025, "A Charlie Brown Christmas" by the Vince Guaraldi Trio celebrated its 60th anniversary.

A year later, Craft Recordings announced that the album has been officially certified 6X Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America, which means 6 million album sales and streaming equivalents in the U.S. — and now it is the best-selling jazz album of all time.
