72-year-old man missing after leaving hospital while getting emergency care

The Bloomington Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a man from Bloomington who left a local hospital while getting care.

Robert Paul Carlson, 72, was last seen at Hennepin County Medical Center receiving emergency care, but left the building without authorization.

Police are actively searching for Carlson so that he can receive the medical help he needs.

He was last seen wearing black pants and a yellow button-down shirt.

Authorities ask that if you have seen Carlson, do not approach or intervene, as his current mental state may cause him to act unpredictably. Anyone who sees him or has information about his whereabouts should call 911.
