MINNEAPOLIS — A Hennepin County jury has convicted three men in connection with a fatal shooting that killed 34-year-old Tiago Antonio Gilbert outside the Red Lake Nation Embassy in Minneapolis last year.
Victor Joseph Vasquez-Rodriguez, 21, and Jose David Vasquez-Rodriguez, 23, were both found guilty of second-degree murder, while Raphael Joseph Rodriguez, 37, was convicted of two counts of aiding an offender in a joint trial.
