A 16-year-old boy was hospitalized Monday after a shooting in north Minneapolis.
According to the Minneapolis Police Department, officers responded to reports of gunfire around 9 p.m. near 45th Avenue North and Camden Avenue North.
Police said they found evidence of a shooting when canvassing the area. Meanwhile, the 16-year-old was dropped off at a nearby hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
Police said preliminary information indicates the boy was outside when the shooting happened.
Minneapolis police said there have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
