Authorities say members purchased up to a kilogram of cocaine at a time, then had fraternity brothers and pledges cut and package it for resale.
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — A Pennsylvania statewide investigating grand jury has recommended criminal charges against 14 people accused of running a cocaine trafficking operation centered on two fraternities at Penn State University, state Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Monday.
Thirteen of the defendants were Penn State students at the time of the alleged trafficking, in 2023 and 2024, according to Sunday's office. Four remain current students. The 14th defendant is the father of one of the accused.
